“I just want to emphasize the degree to which we are in serious times and this is a really serious job”.

A big meeting is set next week between the GOP’s presumptive presidential nominee, Donald Trump, and House Speaker Paul Ryan.

“I much prefer what Mitch McConnell did, what John McCain did – they both said ‘OK game’s over, we have a nominee, I’m for him'”.

“I will support the Republican nominee no matter who he or she is”, Bush told CNN in February when asked about Trump.

However, the Republican will not support Hillary Clinton either.

Ryan says he’s not ready to support Trump yet.

Trump dug in. Hours after Ryan’s announcement, Trump declared in a statement that “I am not ready to support Speaker Ryan’s agenda”.

Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump has called for party unity to aid his chances of winning the White House.

“But there’s another group that is equally as important that are concerned about Donald Trump and they would feel that an endorsement of him is actually not what they’re looking for”, Luntz said.

Ryan is “very comfortable with sitting down with Donald Trump”, he said.

Putting Americans first. It’s a brand-new concept for folks like Ryan, but maybe he’ll come around eventually. This is not entertainment; this is not a reality show.

Trump has been credited to ruin the candidacy of onetime party favorite Bush, brother and son to two former USA presidents.

“I’m going to go out and I’m going to get millions of people from the Democrats”, Trump said.

In his statement Friday, Bush said there is no doubt Trump “successfully tapped into the deep sense of anger and frustration so many Americans around the country rightfully feel today”.

Trump made the comments two days after effectively locking up the GOP nomination when his last two rivals dropped out of the race.

“Now the Republican Party is the talk of the world because there’s no place and no party that’s increasing in scope like we have”.

This is the best way to unify a Party?

“I think they’re at war with the voters of the Republican Party”, Ingraham told Hannity.
