Apparently not that big of a problem. He’s now supporting Hillary Clinton unreservedly.
Stressing that the race was not over yet, Clinton noted that she had recently been warned that many people tuning into the debates “will be paying attention for the first time” and that the campaign can’t “assume they have followed anything”. Talk about a lack of moral courage.
Compared to 2012, Catholic support for the GOP nominee is down significantly.
While past Republican nominees have flirted with extremists, none has embraced or encouraged them so openly. Trump Model Management did not comment to Mother Jones, while Trump campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks said the issue “has nothing to do with me or the campaign” when questioned.
