Trump talks about policy during rally in Greenville

Speaking at a rally in Greenville, NC on Tuesday, Donald Trump nailed Hillary Clinton and her State Department staff for destroying her government issued devices with a hammer. Trump held a question-and-answer session in Virginia Beach on Tuesday with retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. He vowed to give military leaders a “simple instruction” soon after taking office: “They will have 30 days to submit to the Oval Office a plan for soundly and quickly defeating ISIS”.

“I hope that the conversation about immigration policy is not just a code word for hate and that everyone will look to the substance of what is said and decide if it is practical or whether Mr. Trump is appealing to the worst characteristics, trying to bring out the worst in everyone”.

Clinton, in the national eye for three decades, shrugged off the intense nature of Republican attacks against her, including a call for a fresh congressional investigation of the Clinton Foundation following reports that donors gained inappropriate access to her while she was secretary of state. Wednesday’s forum served as a preview of sorts for Clinton and Trump’s highly-anticipated presidential debates. Trump will also criticise Clinton for “military adventurism” for her handling of Libya and the Middle East as secretary of state.

“He made a political contribution to the attorney general of Florida, who at the time was investigating Trump University”, Clinton said.

Trump stood by a previous comment that appeared to blame military sexual assaults on men and women serving together, but added he would not seek to remove women from the military.

“If you value our constitution and being a free America with loves liberty, the Lord and lowering taxes; if you want to pass the American you grew up in down to your children and grandchildren, then Donald Trump is your candidate of choice”, said Nix. And for the first time, he opened the door to granting legal status to people living in the USA illegally who join the military.

The Republican also repeated an incorrect claim that he was opposed to the war with Iraq before the invasion. He replied, “Yeah, I guess so”.
