Trump tears into Cruz at rally in NY

Wisconsin, the USA state famous for its cheese making, put a wall of hard cheddar in Donald Trump’s path to the Republican presidential nomination, but still left Hillary Clinton with a smoother float to the Democratic top. Similar proportionality rules hold for remaining statewide delegates, meaning Mr. Cruz and Mr. Kasich will likely be hoping to pick off delegates where they can and hold Mr. Trump to under 50 percent of the vote wherever possible to head off the winner-take-all triggers.
