Hillary Clinton cast herself Monday as the most qualified to combat terrorism within the USA and overseas after weekend attacks in three states rattled Americans.
“Well, Jennifer, I don’t want to speculate”, Clinton said.
“The Obama-Clinton doctrine of not taking ISIS seriously enough has emboldened terrorists all over the world”.
“Hillary Clinton talks tougher about my supporters than she does about Islamic terrorists”, said Trump.
“We know that Hillary Clinton has once again demonstrated that she is really unfit for office”, he stated.
He said: “They’re making violence possible”. The obvious need for such prudence sadly – but not surprisingly – did not seem to matter to Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
At a campaign rally that same night, Trump told attendees that there had been a “bombing” in NY, hours before law enforcement announced the cause of the explosion.
“I should be a newscaster because I called it before the news”, he told Fox and Friends on Monday morning.
“Immigration security is national security”, he stressed.
“I am going to do my very best to communicate as clearly and fearlessly as I can in face of the insults and the attacks…that we’ve seen coming from my opponent”.
Whether or not terrorists are using Trump’s words to boost their own efforts should not be a condemnation of the Republican or disqualify him from office.

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton used a speech at Philadelphia’s Temple University Monday to court millennial voters and remind them that the upcoming election “isn’t a reality TV show”. She added that the campaign recognizes younger voters are a key demographic and “it’s clear that the campaign must do more to earn their vote”.
