Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has consolidated her position in three swing states of New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Virginia making her a favourite to win the November presidential elections, according to a CNN report.

Clinton continues to face questions about her treatment of classified e-mails while serving as Obama’s secretary of state, while Trump’s off the cuff remarks about Muslims, girls and immigrants have rankled members of his own party.

“Clinton is a legacy of death, destruction and terrorism”. All of you deserve a much, much, better future.

Clinton has led Trump in the poll throughout most of the 2016 campaign, and has maintained her advantage following last month’s Republican and Democratic conventions. “I am the change agent”, he claimed.

Clinton also led Jill Stein of the Green Party and a different Reuters/Ipsos poll that asked individuals to choose between Clinton, Trump, Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson. She offers no apologies.

“Hillary Clinton supports open borders, which means many things, but it means people pour in and take your jobs, whether you like it or don’t like it, they take your jobs. No apologies for lying about her e-mails or about Benghazi”, he said.

With polls showing Donald Trump receiving hardly any support among black voters, the Republican presidential nominee made a new pitch to them: “What the hell do you have to lose?”

“What the hell do you have to lose?” said Trump, asking for black voters’ support.

“African-American communities have suffered under Democratic control”, Trump said. “And at the end of four years, I guarantee you, that I will get over 95 per cent of the African-American vote, I promise you; because I will produce for the African-Americans”, Trump said.
