Trump warns Clinton about playing “the war on women” card
Trump, the Republican presidential front-runner, used what some interpreted to be a crude remark – “schlonged” – to describe Clinton’s loss to Barack Obama, then an IL senator, in the 2008 Democratic primary.

Trump said of Clinton at a rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Monday, “Even a race to Obama, she was gonna beat Obama”, Trump said. He used the word “disgusting” in discussing Clinton’s walk to the bathroom during Saturday night’s Democratic debate.
In a video, Sanders openly took on Trump and questioned his “unusual relationship” with women.
Trump has mocked Hillary Clinton for making a restroom visit at a break in the two-hour debate.
Bullies need to be put in their place, with the kind of strength, resolve and character that the former secretary of State has shown in the way she takes charge in the campaign against Trump. Trump called Clinton a liar on various Sunday shows, and Clinton aides tried to walk her statements back.
But Juliette Kayyem, homeland security expert and host of the Security Mom podcast, says that while Clinton got the sentiment right, her facts were off.
It’s noteworthy that in the hours before Trump’s remark, Clinton was under fire for something she said. Clinton’s performance in last week’s debate also may have contributed to an increase in her poll numbers.
“It’s a very serious matter when you hear some of the things he and unfortunately some of the others have been saying”, Clinton said. Trump, whose paternal grandparents immigrated from Germany and his mother immigrated from Scotland, has also called for deportation of all undocumented immigrants from the United States.
Clinton wouldn’t say if she thought Trump’s targeting her with the term was sexist.
A CNN/ORC poll gave Clinton 50 percent support among Democrats and independents who lean Democrat while her competition, Sen. None was given, but Clinton did appear Tuesday to shift her story somewhat about jihadist recruitment efforts. But by going after Trump more assertively now than most of his Republican rivals have dared, Clinton is projecting strength, and she is calculating that women, especially young voters, will reward her. “It’s disgusting. I don’t want to talk about it”, he said.

Republican candidates were quick to defend Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly after Trump seemed to suggest that she had been unfairly tough on him during a debate because she was menstruating. He’s the same conservative commentator who recently froze while defending Trump’s anti-Muslim stance when asked to produce statistics.
