Trump warns of possible ‘riots’ if he doesn’t get White House nod

The ad on Trump’s official Instagram account begins with footage of Russian President Vladimir Putin engaged in martial arts and a man who appears to be an Islamic State fighter pointing a gun at the camera.

“When it comes to facing our toughest opponents”, it reads, “The democrats have the ideal answer…”

It ends with footage of Putin laughing and the words: “We don’t need to be a punchline!”

Hillary Clinton has sent Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin a letter saying she was mistaken in her recent comments about coal. But that’s not almost enough anymore – not when Clinton already has an overwhelming lead among superdelegates.

Clinton was touting her plan released a year ago to put $30 billion toward protecting the health benefits of coal miners and their families.

Clinton said to be great one can’t be small.

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton arrives to a cheering crowd as she arrives at an election night event at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Fla., Tuesday, March 15, 2016.

Five big states have been choosing their preferred candidate for November’s presidential election.

“The speaker is grateful for the support, but he is not interested”, she said in an emailed statement. After that, anyone – even someone who hasn’t been running – can win the party’s nomination. Trump said earlier Wednesday he won’t be there.

Weaver adds: “If he changes his mind, we will be there”. Ted Cruz and Bernie Sanders could call for a recount.

No word yet from Cruz or Fox News, the host of the debate. “And so if you actually want to defeat Donald Trump, there’s only one campaign that has done so over and over and over again”. Scott posted on his Facebook page Wednesday.

Other Florida voters, including Irene Check from Fort Lauderdale, were not so enamored of the Republican frontrunner. But if he can succeed in blocking Trump from getting a majority, he can make a case to convention delegates that he is more electable than Trump or Cruz (45) a conservative evangelical and, to date, Trump’s most successful Republican rival. He was elected governor in 2010.

Underscoring Republican concerns about Trump, Rubio focused heavily on an implicit critique of Trump in a speech announcing he was dropping out of the race.

Where Rubio got blown out in his home state, Ohio Gov. John Kasich kept his long-shot bid alive with a win at home. Ted Cruz, he’s “for none of the above”. There are arguments that Sanders is in a better position to beat Trump in a general election, but Democratic voters don’t seem to be buying them. So I’m for none of the above.

“I feel confident that the nominee of the this party will be one of the remaining three individuals that is now in the race”, he said.

The billionaire businessman-turned-reality star-turned-politician told supporters at a victory rally, “This was an awesome night”, AP reports.

She couldn’t say the same for Trump or Cruz.

The property magnate’s chances of winning the party’s nomination were boosted on Tuesday after critical victories in five state primaries.

The candidates hit the talk shows a day after Trump won primaries in Florida, Illinois, and North Carolina.

But Mr. Trump’s win in Florida, a “winner take all” state, didn’t just take 99 delegates from Mr. Rubio’s back yard: It also undermined Mr. Rubio’s central message that he and he alone could stop Mr. Trump and, in November, the Democratic nominee.

Sanders had hoped a surprise win last week in MI could help him in other Rust Belt states like OH and IL.

“We’re going to win win win, and we’re not stopping”, Trump told supporters in Florida. “They see this stuff; what do you think they think?”

Republicans have reason to worry that they are about to nominate a candidate who has hijacked their party. Don’t let people tell you that you can’t think big.

“I wouldn’t lead it, but I think bad things would happen”, the tycoon noted. The man who was going to save the Republican party from itself (and from Donald Trump) made a pitiful showing in the primary in his home state of Florida, coming in more than 400,000 votes behind Trump.

He said he believes he will nail down the nomination before the convention and said he couldn’t imagine failing to get the party’s nomination virtually “automatically” in such a scenario.
