The Tupac biopic All Eyez On Me seemed full steam ahead when the official trailer was released last month on the West Coast legend’s 45th birthday.

All Eyez On Me was due for release in September, but will now not be out until later in the year.

The report claims Daz owns a significant portion of the song, and has not reached an agreement with BMG, a company he has had legal issues with in the past.

As TMZ reports, the production team on the film are having issues clearing the rights for the rapper’s track “Ambitionz Az A Ridah”, which featured on his fourth album. The song is set to be used in the film’s score but they claimed Daz (who produced the record) and BMG’s ownership dispute was the hold up.

However, Daz hopped on Instagram to immediately shoot down the story, claiming that nothing his holding up the movie and everything is still going according to plan. “Just seeing that TMZ shit”, he says.

Daz sued BMG in April for more than $75,000 in unpaid royalties.

Hutton reposted the video on his Instagram, adding, “All good!!”.
