TV psychic Miss Cleo passes away at 53
One of the world’s most beloved TV psychics died Tuesday morning at age 53, according to TMZ.

Shortly thereafter, Harris found her fillinf in as a psychic and spokesperson for PRN. She was reportedly diagnosed with colon cancer, which spread to her lungs and liver. Miss Cleo died of cancer in Palm Beach County, Florida, after a recent hospitalization that left her in hospice care.
Her rep told TMZ that the LA native was surrounded by family and friends, and remained a “pillar of strength” during her illness.
Known for her “Call me now!” catchphrase and her hard-nosed responses to stubborn callers, Harris became a universally-recognized pop cultural figure due to her ubiquitous late night television commercials that aired throughout the late ’90s and early 2000s.
Miss Cleo’s birth name was Youree Harris.

After her run as a TV psychic, Harris took up various gigs, including providing a voice for a character in the video game “Grand Theft Auto: Vice City”. “For the first 30-minute infomercial I did for them, I made $1,750 for the two and a half days on set”.
