The Apache RTR 200 will be available in 7 colors. The top of the line model, with fuel injection and Pirelli tyres will cost you Rs 1.07 lakh. Power is transmitted to the rear wheel through a 5-speed gearbox. The latter has a top-speed of 129 km/h and accelerates from 0-60 km/h in 3.9 seconds. TVS has managed to keep the kerb weight of the bike down to just 140kg, translating to better power to weight ratio. Also, it gets a telescopic front suspension and a mono-suspension with gas-filled shocks at the back.
The Apache RTR 200 4V gets all the modern elements young buyers in the segment could ask for, like a sporty design, all-digital console, sharp looking headlamp with LED position lamps, petal disc brakes at both ends and a fat 130-section rear tyre.
Stopping power comes from single 270 mm and 200 mm petal disc brakes at the front and rear respectively and dual-channel ABS is expected to be provided as an option.
