Tweet to Kansas City Chiefs lands player a job
“This is what I was trying to do, this remained my ultimate goal, so I guess everything happens for a reason”, said Taylor to reporters on Friday.

The Chiefs’ rookies and quarterbacks ― the only ones who are required to attend the three practice sessions before the veterans report ― will practice again on Friday morning, the same day veterans will report.
The Chiefs through OTAs and mandatory minicamp designated Thomas as a running back/wide receiver on rosters distributed to media, and listed him with the running backs despite Thomas working exclusively with the wide receivers.
From his account, @LaVance_TCT came this request: “hey my name is LaVance Taylor and I am now a free agent and I wanted you to check me out”.
The Chiefs now have five running backs on the roster: Taylor, Jamaal Charles, Knile Davis, Charcandrick West and Keshawn Hill.
LaVance Taylor tweeted his 12-minute YouTube highlight reel to the Kansas City Chiefs on Wednesday evening (July 29). “This is humbling and has been a blessing experience”. “I love the Chiefs”.
Don’t count him out. Still, Central Missouri is a D-II school, so Taylor went undrafted.
Taylor recently spent time in the Canadian Football League with the Ottawa Redblacks. Still, he learned a lesson.

“When it didn’t work out in Canada, it kind of made me hungrier”, Taylor explained, “because I knew I belonged there”. “It just made me work harder and pay more attention to detail”. “Because I’ve been wanting this just as bad as him”, said LaVoid Taylor. “It’s going to be surreal moment”. “The person that’s in front of me, I looked up to all my life, so I know it’s going to be a challenge, but I’m ready for it”.
