“It won’t be widespread enough to warrant a flash flood warning”, said meteorologist Brian Curran from the Midland/Odessa National Weather Service station.
Thunderstorms are expected to dump heavy rain on the Minneapolis-St.
Tuesday morning will be mostly cloudy with spotty showers and fog. Scattered thunderstorms will develop over the mountains and most locations later in the afternoon. We could see several inches of rain before it is all said and done. Flash flooding is expected.
Wednesday from noontime through evening also brings a high risk of rip currents at ocean beaches.
