It’s hard enough to star in a remake of a movie that came out just a decade ago, but when you’re starring in a beloved Marvel comic adaptation that’s a favorite of guru Stan Lee? She has such attractive bone structure and features, so I knew going pixie would be ideal on her. It’s something she’s always wanted to do and the response has been fantastic.

Fantastic Four borrows this trick, only with the “F” instead. I love long hair and her’s for sure. Mara commented that it was ignorant, while Jordan explained that they felt weird about it.

Spoiler alert…kinda, but not really: The only battle that takes place wraps up in 10 to 15 minutes and that’s pretty much all the action we get.
Brain Lowry of Variety also shared a similar opinion, calling the entirety of the movie a “protracted teaser for a more exciting follow-up that, depending on whether audiences warm to this relatively low-key approach, might never happen”.

I’ve gone from terrified the movie will suck (again) to ambivalent about the property, to excited for the film.
The last part of the film seemed like an attempt to rescue the entire movie.
As I stated above, I walked in with low expectations, but I did see the potential the film had to successfully relaunch the franchise.
