Two A-Listers Gatecrash Gwen Stefani’s Carpool Karaoke

What could save James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke with the gorgeous Gwen Stefani?

Though the British comedian is famous for bantering with his passengers, little chit-chat was squeezed out of Stefani as she accompanied Corden “to work”. George was a massive fan of Gwen.

Gwen Stefani looks fantastic and James Corden is determined to find out the truth. “So this is like, it’s nearly like, that’s what the facelift is, I think”, Gwen laughed.

How, you ask? Why, throw “Money Monster” stars Julia Roberts and George Clooney in the back seat! First, Stefani and Corden sing along to tunes like Don’t Speak, Rich Girl, and Used to Love You.

However, Corden suddenly realises he needs another two people in his vehicle to use the carpool lane, and as he reaches for his mobile phone, he says: “I know”. Clooney has to make a call to get the fourth person and in comes Julia Roberts.

At one point, after everyone had decided they didn’t really know what “hollaback” meant, Gwen Stefani explained that “Hollaback Girl” is actually about an enemy who she wouldn’t name. James found a solution to the quota as he pulled over to pick up George Clooney, who also called Julia Roberts to join them.

The good-looking group sang “Hollaback Girl”, before launching into a rousing rendition of Queen’s “We Are The Champions”.

The pair encountered a problem when they came upon a HOV4 section of highway that required four passengers and it quickly became a super star-studded version of Carpool Karaoke. While George confessed he thought it was about a girl ignoring wolf-whistles from a building site, Gwen teased that she will never disclose the real reason she wrote the song.
