Two Army Men Killed in Gurez: Army
He said two army men were killed in the alleged firing by Pakistani troops, who used automatic rifles, machine guns and mortars to target the Indian posts.

Two soldiers of the Territorial Army were killed during a ceasefire violation by the Pakistan Army in Gurez sector of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Monday, Defence officials said.
The source did not mention whether Indian forces responded with their own barrage to the firing by Pakistan.
Army sources said Pakistani troops breached the border ceasefire and targeted Indian positions with heavy gunfire and rockets in Tarbal area of Bagtore in Gurez sector at around 3.30 pm.
The slain troopers have been identified as Tariq Ahmad lone, son of Ghulam Hussain, resident of Bakhtoor Gurez and Waseem Ahmad Lone, son of Ghulam Ahmad Lone, resident Mantra in Bandipora.

The ceasefire violation comes five days ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to J&K on November 7.
