Cameron Clark was one of the victims of the shooting.
According to police, Clark was shot after he struggled with officers. The man charged in the shooting had used the banner as a symbol of his white supremacists views.

In the meantime, police are now searching for the gunmen who wounded five on Monday.
On Monday, Gov. Mark Dayton said he had watched one of the videos shot at the scene of Clark’s shooting.
Wesley Martin was among those shot.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating Mr Clark’s shooting, as is the FBI, which has said release of videos and other evidence would be detrimental to the investigation. This priority guides the decision-making by Mayor Hodges and Police Chief Harteau and we thank them for their efforts in this challenging time to protect all people in our city, including those involved in the peaceful demonstrations.
None experienced life-threatening injuries, authorities said. But Tuesday, he was back at the scene, walking with a cane after being hit in the left leg and treated at a hospital. But he recalls little else. Protesters have demanded that authorities release videos of the November 15 incident. By Tuesday evening, police said they had three men in custody and released a fourth, after they’d determined he was not near the precinct at the time of the shooting.
“A group of white supremacists showed up at the protest, as they have done most nights”, Black Lives Matter spokesperson Miski Noor told the Star Tribune. Monday’s protest continued after the shooting, with about 200 people sitting around campfires in the freezing morning hours.
Police on Tuesday said they have arrested two men in the shootings and are seeking other suspects.
