Two Israelis Killed, Teen Stabbed in Attacks in Jerusalem

Only residents, tourists, business owners and students living in the Old City will be granted access to Jerusalem’s Old City over the next two days.

Tensions have flared over Jewish visits to the holy site which are permitted under a “status-quo agreement” in which Muslims administer the compound while Israel is responsible for security.
