Two Palestinians were shot and killed after attempting to attack Israeli security forces in northern West Bank and east Jerusalem on Saturday, Palestinian medical officials said.

In the past 12 weeks Israeli forces or armed civilians have killed at least 126 Palestinians, 77 of whom authorities described as assailants. No Israelis were injured in this attack either.
