Police said the attacker is a 30-year-old man with an Israeli ID card who lives on Azaria in central Israel.
A Ma’an reporter identified the Palestinians as Muhammad Rafiq Hussien Sabana, 17, and Noor al-Deen Muhammad Abdul-Qadir Sabana, 23.
Witnesses informed WAFA that Israeli police opened fire on a Palestinian identified as Mos’ab al-Ghazali, 26, near the Bab-al-Jadid area and left him bleeding on the ground until he succumbed to his critical wounds.
Israeli security forces stand guard at the site of a vehicle ramming attack at the Huwara checkpoint near the West Bank city of Nablus, on December 26, 2015.
Outside the walled city, police threw stun grenades and fired rubber bullets to disperse protesters demanding that Israel return the bodies of several dozen Palestinians killed by Israeli forces.
Elsewhere in the West Bank, the Israeli military said a Palestinian motorist rammed his auto into a checkpoint on Saturday and lightly wounded a soldier stationed there.
Twenty Israelis and a US citizen have been killed in a campaign of stabbings, shootings and car-rammings since the start of October.
Israeli leaders says Islamist groups who call for the destruction of Israel have played a major role in inciting the recent violence.
More than 120 Palestinians have died during this period, some during clashes with Israeli security forces, while others were gunned down after allegedly trying to commit attacks against Israelis.
According to the Palestinian Red Crescent, Hammad was shot 10 times by Israeli soldiers before they left her to bleed to death. Palestinians say the violence stems from frustration at almost five decades of Israeli military rule.

Violence has also been triggered by Muslim anger over stepped-up Israeli visits to Jerusalem’s al Aqsa mosque complex.
