First, a Los Angeles property owner is suing the “Faded” rapper for abandoning his Last Kings retail clothing store in a disastrous state that required $75,000 in repairs, TMZ reports.

Tyga is bad for business at least so said one of his former landlords who is suing him for damaging his property. The landlord is looking to recover the $75K plus five months of unpaid rent.
The 26-year-old, real name Micheal Nguyen-Stevenson, has responded to the allegations, laying the blame on the landlord.
Tyga has a long history with landlord lawsuits. The moral of the story here is that landlords will never not notice when you don’t pay the rent, even if your rental is expensive enough that you could somehow accrue $90,000 in back rent. Tyga or someone in his crew had apparently painted the doors black with Egyptian patters, painted over the ceiling tiles and had spilled ink across most of the 5,000 square feet of concrete flooring.

The site also claim that the biggest source of damage was the ink that he poured down the drain into the public sewer. Because of course Tyga didn’t pay his rent.
