Tyga is about to get an unwelcome homecoming when he returns to the US from Turks and Caicos … he’s probably gonna get arrested.

On the other hand, we know this … there’s a long line of Tyga’s creditors who haven’t gotten paid a dime, so the former landlord is ahead of the game.

But Tyga and his legal team settled the matter on Thursday “to the mutual satisfaction of all parties”, according to his former landlord’s attorney.

Tyga is not about going to jail.

Treyzon declined to say how much of the original bill Tyga actually coughed up, but he said his client was “happy”.

“The landlord wasn’t putting up with Tyga’s attitude and got a judgement for “$480,000 for back rent and damage to the Malibu home Tyga had rented.

His property owner went to court after Tyga bought his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, a $200,000 Maybach for her 19th birthday.

Court papers suggested Tyga left the property in need of fix after installing a strippers’ pole in the master bedroom, damaging the property’s hardwood floors, its intercom system, a gate opener and the glass-tiled shower.
