Tyson Fury again threatening to PULL OUT of Wladimir Klitschko bout – because

Fury takes on the WBA Super, WBO and IBF title holder in Dusseldorf and was on form at Wednesday’s public workout as he sang a customised version of “Wind Beneath My Wings” to the onlooking Klitschko.

Fury is a brawler who can rip into his opponents and go for the kill once he senses an opening.

At 27, Fury has a 12-year advantage on the Ukrainian and this could come into play the longer the bout goes on. But fear is also healthy because fear makes you alert, aware, punctual, being in the right place in the right time. That’s what Wlad is. He’s all painted and pretty, he’s pumped a few weights, he looks all good, but it’s all glitter and mirrors. It will then be shown on tape delay, along with the Cotto vs. Canelo fight from last week, in a typical primetime slot.

Fury will need to get inside early to short-circuit Klitschko’s comfort zone.

Fury’s greater reach means he should – in theory – be landing more of his jabs and if he can nullify Klitschko’s powerful left lead then he’ll be in a position to capitalise with blows of his own.

“Klitschko is a phenomenal puncher”.

“Underdogs win. I think it’ll pan out with me knocking him out”.

Despite claiming just before the weigh-in he was going to be around 18st 3lb, Fury tipped the scales at 112kg – 17st 8lbs – and has weighed-in that light just twice before in his 24-0-KO18 career as a professional. What would be better than a spectacular finish?

“He’s a bully”, Klitschko said, “but inside he’s very insecure and very weak”. Fury’s antics – he recently dressed up as Batman and wrestled a man wearing a Joker costume to the floor at a news conference in England – have added another level of intrigue to Saturday’s fight. There is controversy if it is on points sometimes, the wrong judgement, another direction, maybe rematch. “There is nothing that I see that Wladimir does that makes me afraid or makes me think I can’t win against this guy”.

Heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury and his lovely wife Paris have been married for six years.

The proud Traveller has often boxed in green and shamrock-patterned shorts, but he argued against the suggestion that he could be labelled a “plastic Paddy”. “I saw fear in his eyes”, Fury said.

“I’m expecting anything”, he told Sky Sports.

“100% I’m going to become heavyweight champion by knockout”. Klitschko’s grandad wasn’t a German, was he?

“I believe he is insane”, said Klitschko, who is nicknamed “Dr. Steelhammer”, in an interview with Die Welt. It’s just another day in the office.

The pair were supposed to square off earlier this year, however, that was ruined by a calf injury to Klitschko who had to pull out of the fight.

Fury is an adequate prizefighter and he certainly deserves an opportunity to challenge Klitschko.
