Tyson Fury Next Fight

Briton Fury, 27, stunned the sport by beating Wladimir Klitschko on Saturday – ending the Ukrainian’s nine-year undefeated reign.

“I’m still Tyson Fury”.

“I was on the grass one Sunday, it was a lovely sunny afternoon, and him and Shane asked me to spar with them”.

Luckily with today´s technology I can still watch those good old fights in the Heavyweight division with such fights as, Morrison vs Ruddock, Bowe vs Holyfield, Tyson going to distance for the first time against James “Quick” Tillis or Larry Holmes vs Carl “The Truth” Williams… “I am the most charismatic heavyweight champion since Muhammad Ali”.

“I came here to Germany, in the lion’s den, so I’ve done a good job against Wladimir Klitschko”, said Fury, who added, “my Lord, my rock, my Savior, my salvation gave me the glory tonight”. Can anyone imagine “Smokin” Joe Frazier or Evander Holyfield relinquishing their title to Tyson Fury with such little resistance or fight?

And he was looking to get some comfort for his feet which he said were “killing him” after the fight. He said before the Klitschko fight that doping should be legalized in all sports to make it “fully fair”.

“It’s not about defending 100 times or staying on top for 35 years or breaking records”.

“I’m not surprised, I’m not overwhelmed, I’ve always said it would happen”, said Fury, who has won all of his 25 professional fights. “I don’t hate you, but I want to destroy you and your career”. “I waited in line and earned the right to fight”. He’s just very lucky to have been in with a fighter like Wladimir Klitschko who has gone back physically as a fighter.

Klitschko will be 40 in March, though, so for the prolific legend to enjoy a realistic chance of overturning the result, they’ll need to meet sooner rather than later or age may finally catch up with him before they can face each other again. I enjoyed it. I got a great reception from the German fans.

Now… The Heavyweight Champion for me was something like being Superman, a role model or someone you look up to him and is nearly invincible. I just don’t think he’s going to get the fight until he raises his profile on the world stage. Let him fight the next challenger.
