U.S. election: Trump sceptical of Russian Federation meddling

Clinton is seeking to keep the focus on Trump’s recent performance at a forum Wednesday night where he praised Russian President Vladimir Putin as a stronger leader than President Obama.

Still, one man has without a doubt consigned himself to the basket of deplorables, and that’s Trump himself, who vilifies undocumented immigrants and Muslims and Mexicans, mocks disabled people and has the widest misogynistic streak of any candidate in memory.

“As you know, former CNN superstar Larry King has a podcast and Mr. Trump went on his podcast”.

“Well, even with that, she did just fine”, he said.

Trump’s speech on Friday comes after the candidate took the unusual step of criticizing US policy in a program aired on Thursday night on Russian government-funded television network, RT, a 24-hour news channel that broadcasts in both English and Russian.

Yet when forum host Matt Lauer mentioned some of this history and ended by noting that Russian Federation was the chief suspect in the hacking of the Democratic National Committee, here’s what Trump had to say: “Well, nobody knows that for a fact. Then, she gave up 20 per cent of United States uranium to Russian Federation while those who benefited from the deal gave money to the Clintons”, he said.

But Democratic strategist Jim Manley, who supports Clinton, pointed out that Romney was talking about all voters, and Clinton was specifically describing Trump supporters.

“I think it’s probably unlikely”, he said. “If they want to join us in knocking out ISIS, that’s just fine as far as I’m concerned”. He added, “I hope that if they are doing something, I hope that somebody’s going to be able to find out, so they can end it, because that would not be appropriate at all”. “Vladimir Putin is violating the sovereignty of neighboring countries”, Ryan said at his weekly news conference. “If I get elected, we’ll get it straightened out”.

Trump said if he can not get a good deal for the United States, he will follow the example of Ronald Reagan and walk away. I aim at what he says and does, and out of the rotting woodwork, people shoot back by targeting the fact that I happen to be Jewish. All you have to do is look at all the wrong decisions she’s made over the years. But Lauer’s bad night didn’t let up as some of the late-night shows on Thursday took their turns criticizing his performance. But, the guidance says, “it is deplorable that Trump has built his campaign largely on prejudice and paranoia and given a national platform to hateful views and voices”.

“I asked them to join me for a candid conversation about some of the most challenging issues facing our country because I believe that America’s national security must be the top priority for our next president”, she said after the meeting.

“There is a difference between dictatorship and leadership”, he said during a Friday appearance on “CBS This Morning”.

King’s show, PoliticKing, is produced by Ora TV, which was founded by King and Mexican media magnate Carlos Slim in 2012. RT America is one of several dozen companies that licenses the show, but neither King nor his producers are employed by them, she said.
