Nancy Reagan was born on July 6, 1921 in NY. They were said to have an incredible relationship that spanned over 50 years since they met as actors in 1952 and where married that same year.

Reagan died Sunday in her home in Los Angeles of congestive heart failure at age 94.

“She was lonely without him …” Nancy is survived by her children, Patricia and Ronald.

Her arrival brought controversy, however. Her high style was the subject of both praise and derision.

A flair for entertaining at the White House-she was a protector of husbands political affairs ensuring they were carried out and was coined, The Iron Lady. While Ronald Reagan’s drug war fueled civil conflict Central and South America with conflict, his 1986 Amnesty bill provided humanitarian relief to those fleeing socialist revolutions and U.S.-backed dictatorships.

A steady stream of mourners stopped at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum Sunday to leave flowers and pay respect to former First Lady Nancy Reagan.

While her health may have prevented her from traveling, it didn’t change who she was, Arnold said.

“I would like to say: “thank you!” And we remain grateful for Nancy Reagan’s life, thankful for her guidance, and prayerful that she and her beloved husband are together again”.

At the end of the night all five winners were given a photo of the president and first lady–a small memento, he says, for a big day that forever changed his life.

In recent days, the Republican presidential campaign has become increasingly foul-toned, as candidates and the Republican establishment look for ways to slow Trump’s momentum.

The president spoke about Nancy Reagan after meeting with financial regulators and advisers.

And after the assassination attempt, the President’s safety was Nancy Reagan’s No. 1 preoccupation.

“It should be embarrassing to everyone”, he said. “I think our nation owes her a debt of gratitude because of the extraordinary support that she was able to give the president during his entire time in office”.
