U.S. must beef up its cyber muscle, Trump says

It is scheduled that Clinton, and Trump, separately present before the audiences of the nation, tonight from NY by the chains NBC and MSNBC, to tackle their projections on the subject of national security, forum that experts see like an advance of the first campaign debate of campaign, one in front of the other on September 26.
“Given his volatility”, she says, “it’s hard to believe what comes out of his mouth”.
“I communicated about classified material in wholly separate systems”, she said. Asked to square his request for military options with that criticism, Trump said simply: “They’ll probably be different generals”. But she defended her support for US military intervention to help oust a dictator in Libya, despite the chaotic aftermath.
“One hundred percent”, Trump insisted, before arguing that Clinton “made a huge mistake” regarding foreign policy toward Libya.
Trump said during the forum that he was “totally against the war in Iraq”, because he anxious it would destabilize the Middle East. “I will do everything in my power to make sure that our men and women in the military are fully prepared for any challenge that they may have to face on our behalf”.
“I think I would have a very, very good relationship with Putin, and I think I would have a very, very good relationship with Russia”, Trump said, while criticizing Obama’s handling of Putin. In early August, 50 senior Republican security officials penned an open letter saying that Trump “would put at risk our country’s national security and well-being”. The Democratic nominee urged voters to weigh her readiness to be president not based on one decision but “on the totality of my record”.
The event began with Clinton onstage with the NBC host, who was first asked by Lauer, “What is the most important characteristic that a Commander-In-Chief can possess?”
Ahead of the forum, Trump rolled out a new plan to boost military spending by tens of billions of dollars, including major increases in the number of active troops, fighter planes, Navy ships and submarines.
Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton says that Donald Trump’s failure to spell out a plan to defeat the self-described Islamic State is “not only risky but should be disqualifying” for the office of the presidency.
Contrasting her long experience in foreign policy with Mr. Trump’s inexperience, Ms. Clinton said: “He says he has a secret plan to defeat ISIS, but the secret is he has no plan”.
Donald Trump held a rally in Virginia Tuesday – a state with a large military population – where he lamented casualties in the War on Terror and seemed to suggest the public is being deceived about civilian losses.

“If he says great things about me, I’m gonna say great things about him”, he said. “If I win, I don’t want to broadcast to the enemy exactly what my plan is”.
