UFC: Diaz not rushing McGregor trilogy, says he won both fights

Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor had their rematch at ‘UFC 202: Diaz vs. McGregor 2.’ McGregor won their rematch making it one win each. “I’ve watched better fights before”. Conor dropped Nate a couple of times, but then I didn’t see like ‘Wow, what an exciting fight.’ I didn’t see that way.

We’d imagine “The Notorious” would prefer to have Diaz be his enemy instead of the guy who plays Jon Snow, but this still is a pretty cool opportunity for the popular UFC fighter.

For the Irishman’s next outing, lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez is an option that is looking increasingly likely, with McGregor himself remaining non-committal on returning to defend his 145lb title and his coach John Kavanagh insisting that he foresees his star pupil’s future away from featherweight. “It’s going to be great for the venue and the UFC, but at the same time, it downgrades all the fighters”.

The UFC star has a bit of down time after his thrilling win over Nate Diaz at UFC 202.

UFC Superstar Conor McGregor is set to feature in the next release of the Call of Duty franchise after Activision confirmed. Back on December 13, 2014, dos Anjos went one-on-one against Diaz in a fight and he won with a unanimous decision victory.

As for Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor, it would only make sense to eventually give them their trilogy fight.

Punk’s first bout will come against Mickey Gall, a scrappy young fighter who has just two professional fights – both wins – under his belt. He’s going to make a decision.

Punk added: “I don’t know if he’ll get mad and this will ruin the image of Nate Diaz…” “The Notorious” captured the featherweight title from Jose Aldo past year and wanted to replicate his success in Cage Warriors by becoming the UFC’s first simultaneous two-division champ. That is what Dana White hopes will happen.

Thus far, McGregor hasn’t revealed what he intends to do next, although he has stated that a rematch with interim featherweight champion Jose Aldo doesn’t excite him.
