Late on Friday, it was announced that Lesnar has been informed of a potential, anti-doping violation, which reportedly stemmed from a test he took prior to UFC 200.

USADA, which administers the UFC’s doping policy, received Lesnar’s test results Thursday evening from the WADA-accredited laboratory at UCLA.
The former UFC heavyweight champion and WWE star defeated Mark Hunt at last weekend’s UFC 200 in Las Vegas on his return to the Octagon after an absence of nearly five years.
He is under contract with WWE and hasn’t said if he will fight in another UFC fight.
Brock Lesnar before his fight against Mark Hunt during the UFC 200 event at T-Mobile Arena on July 9, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lesnar returns to the ring for WWE on August 21st at SummerSlam, against Randy Orton. Standard USADA protocol is to put a positive test through several layers of scrutiny before confirming the positive test result publicly, although one would think the preliminary result really ought to have come in earlier than a week after the fight.
Lesnar was subjected to random in and out-of-competition drug testing once he returned to the UFC, and USADA tested the former heavyweight champion at least five times over a two-week period once he became eligible for the program.
After retiring from mixed martial arts due to illness, the superstar made his incredible return after more than four years away from the sport.
“Consistent with all previous potential anti-doping violations, additional information will be provided at the appropriate time as the process moves forward”.
When asked about performance-enhancing drugs in the weeks before his comeback fight, Lesnar memorably said: “I’m a white boy and I’m jacked”.
In hindsight WWE owner Vinc Mcmahon may be regretting his surprising decision to give his biggest star the greenlight to compete at UFC 200.
It is possible for Lesnar to request that the secondary sample from the June 28 samples be tested, and he has afforded a full appeals process under the UFC’s anti-doping policy.
