Their uncle Qurban Ali (53) has been jailed for 10 years.
MacGregor’s housemate Shelley Davies, 40, was handed 18- months suspended sentence as her defence team argued that she herself had been a victim of abuse in her childhood.
Sentencing the gang, Judge Sarah White said the harm they had caused was of “unimaginable proportions”.
She paid tribute to the “immense courage” of the victims who had been “targeted, sexualised and in some cases subjected to acts of a degrading and violent nature”.
Prosecutor Michelle Colborne QC opened the case against him at Sheffield Crown court today prior to him being sentenced.
During her ruling in December, she said: “I note also that Dr Quinn ascertained that the accused and his wife had made initial inquiries about fertility treatment”.
Brothers Arshid Hussain, 40, Basharat Hussain, 39 and Bannaras Hussain, 36, led the grooming ring and each of them has been found guilty of offences including rape and indecent assault.
Numerous victims of the brothers sat in the public gallery overlooking the packed courtroom as the sentencing hearing got under way.
Twelve of the women have spent the last two months describing to a jury how their teenage years were blighted by horrors including grooming, rape, trafficking, physical assaults and being used as prostitutes.
The jury heard how the Hussain brothers “ruled Rotherham” with their drugs and guns operation and abused girls with impunity.
Throughout, many victims say were ignored or not believed by the authorities.
One victim of the Rotherham gang, referred to as “Jessica”, said: “It has been 16 years we have waited for this”.
The testimonies were not read out in court but Ms Colborne said the sister of one victim described her sister as a “broken human being”.
In relation to another victim, the judge said: “She describes you, Basharat Hussain, as stealing the person she was and alienating her from her family”.
The court also heard on Friday of a missed opportunity to bring the gang to justice earlier.
Other victims described the abuse they were subjected to – highlighting one girl’s statement who said the Hussain brothers acted as a “pack of animals” and urinated on her. “Between them [they suffered] a plethora of eating disorders, self-harm, self-loathing; [there were] terminations for many of them – some at the age of 14 – events they have never been able to put behind them”.
“When shortly afterwards, a police auto pulled up alongside them and asked what they were doing, Bannaras shouted: ‘She’s just sucking my cock, mate.’ The police vehicle drove off”, Colborne said.

Colborne said a police officer drove off when he discovered one of the the men abusing a young girl in his vehicle. The court heard she was regularly beaten up by Arshid and Bannaras Hussain, who would strike her with a pool cue.
