Undercover Israeli agents kill Palestinian in hospital
Israeli forces disguised as locals killed a Palestinian man on Thursday during a raid at a West Bank hospital, a Palestinian hospital official said.

The military said the attacker fled the scene and that troops were searching the area.
Earlier Friday, a Palestinian teenager in Hebron succumbed to his wounds after being shot by Israeli troops a day earlier.
Hassan Jihad al-Baw, 23, died after being shot in the heart, doctors at Hebron’s al-Ahli Hospital told the Ma’an news agency.
The men are joined by what appear to be two women, one wearing a niqab, a garment covering the face and body, and the other appears to be pregnant, and has her hand on her lower back as she walks with the group of men.
CCTV footage from inside the hospital showed a large group of men armed with pistols and rifles, a few with beards and others with Palestinian “keffiyeh” scarves on their heads, walking through the corridors telling hospital workers to get out of the way. Shalalda’s brother Bilal, who was asleep within the room, stated he was tied to the mattress by Israeli forces.
Such raids have been increasingly common amid the recent crackdown on Palestinians, with Israeli checkpoints making it increasingly hard for Palestinians to access neighborhood hospitals, and have been pressuring hospital staff to turn over people wounded in military raids.
Following the incident, Palestinian Prime Minister Rami Al-Hamdallah instructed Palestinian security services to form a joint force to protect hospitals in occupied West Bank. One Palestinian was killed within the protest.
The clashes broke out after a funeral procession held for Mahmoud’s cousin, Abdullah Azzam al-Shalaldeh, who was killed by Israeli settlers at al-Ahli Hospital.
The research, carried out by British pro-peace organization Yachad, found that over two-thirds of respondents feel a “sense of despair” when new Israeli settlements are approved in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. 93% said Israel was right to respond to Hamas attacks and 80% felt those who condemn Israel’s military actions are guilty of double standards. The army said the cousins are “known Hamas operatives”.
The undercover forces then retreated from the hospital with Azzam, taking him into custody, witnesses added. The attack left two Israeli men dead and several others wounded.
The execution of a man at a hospital in the occupied West Bank city of Hebron early Thursday has generated shock even among Palestinians familiar with Israel’s brutality.
On 29 October, Mahdi al-Muhtasib, 23, was shot by Israeli forces after reportedly lightly wounding an Israeli soldier in a stabbing attack in Hebron.
Ten Israelis have been killed by individual Palestinians during the same time period.

“It should be emphasized that the security system will not allow the existence of places of refuge for terror activists wherever they are”, Shin Beit said in its statement.
