“Yes. It’s all done, just missing some details and after the Olympics, the deal will become official”.

Manchester United’s chief scout identifies next summer signing.
Back in April, the Manchester Evening News reported that Manchester United had been scouting the Mexican, along with team-mates Erick Gutierrez and Rodolfo Pizarro.
According to reports from ESPN in March, Lozano reportedly drew interest from several other clubs, including Real Sociedad, Schalke 04 and Porto.
We now await for the final word post Olympics for Manchester United to add yet another young up and coming player destined to do great things in Europe.
Lozano, who was part of Mexico’s squad for the Copa America, scored eight times in 21 appearances for Pachuca last season, attracting attention across the Atlantic. However, Pachuca president Jesus Martinez later denied any talks and suggested that the story was completely made up – despite his own vice president being the one who started the rumours. Playing for Pachuca, Lozano had 69 shots on goal, 24 of which were on target. “Hirving Lozano is the most influential player in the league and [his teammate] Erick Gutierrez is the best player in Mexico”.
Now, Lozano is on the brink of stardom in one of the biggest leagues in the world.

Lozano will become the second Mexican player to sign for the Red Devils, following the arrival of Javier Hernandez from Guadalajara in 2009. “But first it is necessary to speak with Pachuca and then we will see the rest”.
