The Bharatiya Janata Party is considering replacing Chief Minister Anandiben Patel, NDTV reported, quoting sources. “The BJP leadership in Delhi is anxious about internal problems in the state BJP and may make her the governor”, the report said.

The deliberations follow meetings on Monday between party president Amit Shah and Om Mathur, national vice-president, who prepared a report on the loss in civic elections previous year.
