United States women’s team wins sixth straight gold in 4×400-meter relay

Felix and Francena McCorory, who ran in the 4×400 heat for the USA yesterday, also competed on the 2012 Olympic relay team that won gold in London.

Felix, long jump gold medallist Tianna Bartoletta, English Gardner and Tori Bowie, who won the 100m silver and 200m bronze in Rio, combined to clock 41.01sec, the second-fastest 4x100m relay time ever run, on Friday. Luckily, she was able to fit into an extra pair that Felix had with her.
