In Washington State, a TSA agent was arrested for allegedly taking a cell phone picture up at least one woman’s skirt.

King County prosecutors have filed charges against a 29-year-old man suspected of secretly recording lewd footage of female passengers at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport where he worked as a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent.

“I saw this bright light and I noticed it was his phone and he was holding his phone down by his knee”, the Good Samaritan told CBS Seattle affiliate KIRO-TV. “When such conduct is alleged, TSA investigates it thoroughly”, the TSA said in a statement. Authorities received reports of the work’s behavior, which prompted an investigation.

The TSA agent on surveillance followed the man as he walked to the baggage claim escalator and positioned himself behind a woman wearing a short purple skirt, according to Port of Seattle police accounts. A judge set his bond at $7,500 and rescheduled the court appearance for Thursday.

In response to the allegations, Fernandez has been removed from screening duties by TSA officials, and he has been suspended without pay.
