Numerous reports have come out confirming that Universal will be releasing the sequel to “Jurassic World“, on Friday, June 22, 2018.

These are the 15 best movies of 2015 so far: But do you agree with the list?
“Jurassic World“, the biggest blockbuster hit of the summer, will be getting a sequel, the film’s studio Universal Pictures announced on Thursday.
It may be another ice age before the “Jurassic Park” franchise goes extinct.
Director Colin Trevorrow will do co-write the script, but at the moment isn’t attached to direct it. Steven Spielberg will also be returning as an executive producer.
Just forty days into its theatrical run, the fourth installment of the dino-franchise is already the top grossing movie of the year – a title its likely to keep since “Star Wars” opens in late December – and the fourth highest grosser of all time.
The park will reopen – again – in 2018.

However, the meddlesome park operators InGen unknowingly unleash the most deadly dinosaur massacre yet by genetically creating a creature known as the Indominus rex. Despite earning solid but not rave reviews, it tore past every expectation, dominating the box office for weeks and quickly breaking all sorts of records in its initial theatrical release.
