BJP MLA Kuldeep Senger’s brother was arrested on Tuesday over charges of beating a gang rape victim’s father to death in police custody.
According to NDTV, regarding the rape accusation against him, Kuldeep said, “It is a pre-planned incident of the woman and her family to defame me”.
“They alleged that Kuldeep Singh Sengar raped her, no action was taken and they were beaten up by the other party”.
