Cracka has claimed that he has found a copy of Brennan’s application for a security clearance. Nobody uses them. Nobody.
“I think they’ll want to make an example out of him to deter people from doing this in the future”, said a source who described the situation as “just wild” and “crazy”.
“We told them we work for Verizon and we have a customer on scheduled callback”, he told WIRED.
The hackers also said on Twitter they had hijacked Johnson’s Comcast account, and posted screen shots of themselves exchanging messages with his wife, as well as details of his home address and phone numbers, the IP addresses of his home router and information about the vehicle driven by his son.
“After getting that info, we called AOL and said we were locked out of our AOL account”, he said.

If the email list and other personal information does belong to Brennan, this would be embarrassing for him. If you’re canny enough to be looking for an email account secured by 2FA, then you’re probably also not going to still be using the email account you set up in 1994 when AOL sent you a CD through the mail.
The CIA Director had an AOL account where he allegedly stored highly sensitive information of his own, of other top American intelligence officials and of the CIA’s. So far, that document has not been released online. Obama named Brennan director of the Central Intelligence Agency in 2013.
The hackers, who call themselves “Crackas With Attitude”, said on Twitter they obtained the list by gaining control of Brennan’s personal email account. They also posted a reduced page from the spreadsheet.
Brennan’s account was disabled Friday, according to the Post.
The hacker claims to have seen Brennan’s security clearance application for his federal job.
“He is meant to be leader of a few big secure company but has been doxed and hacked by a bunch of high school students”, cubed told Motherboard in an encrypted chat. “He took back access and we re-jacked it. That happened 3 times”, he said.
