US Will Welcome Target of 10000 Syrian Refugees: Kerry
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has said Russian Federation has never talked to him about leaving power.

“Only the Syrian people define who’s going to be the president, when to come, and when to go”.
In a wide-ranging interview with NBC News on Wednesday Syrian President Bashar al-Assad not only expressed confidence that Syria’s war could be won within months with the help from Russian intervention, but he also accused the US of not being “serious” in wanting to see ISIS’ defeat.
The document published by The Washington Post calls for joint bombing operations, a command-and-control headquarters and other synchronized efforts.
The military partnership is part of what US officials are terming a final offer to Moscow.
“Secretary Kerry will then travel to Moscow, Russia, July 14-15, where he will meet with senior Russian officials to discuss Syria, the Ukraine crisis, and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, among other issues”, release stated on Monday.
The talks are taking place just over two weeks before an August 1 deadline set by the Obama administration for a political settlement to be reached in Syria. All signs augur poorly for a breakthrough in a war that has killed as many as a half-million people since 2011, contributed to a global migration crisis and spawned IS’ worldwide expansion.
And he told the State Department guests: “You have my word – all of you – that we will continue doing everything that we can to alleviate the suffering in Syria”.
What hasn’t been previously reported is that the United States is suggesting a new military command-and-control headquarters to coordinate the air campaign that would house USA and Russian military officers, intelligence officials and subject-matter experts.
When Russia intervened in Syria last September, the administration took a different view, branding it a move of desperation and weakness.
Kerry’s planned trip to Russian Federation has been met with strong opposition from American military and intelligence officials who argue that the U.S. and Russian Federation have completely opposite objectives in Syria.
Those two groups aren’t the ones supported by the U.S. That’s the Free Syrian Army and the Kurdish Popular Defense Units.
Shell was visiting Moscow on NBCUniversal business, board spokeswoman Nasserie Carew said, although the Russian government statement made clear he was deported because of his board position. Several temporary and regional truces have followed, though none have ended the violence that has killed as many as a half-million people since 2011, contributed to a global migration crisis and spawned IS’ worldwide expansion.

Russian Federation and the United States are nominally co-chairs of worldwide efforts to bring Bashar al-Assad’s regime to the negotiating table with armed opposition groups.
