USA closes private email server case against Hillary Clinton
Hillary Clinton’s email continues to cause ripple effects across the political landscape. The question remains will this hurt Clinton’s bid for the White House?

“With respect to the handling of classified material, I take it very seriously, and the 300 or so people with whom I e-mailed on the course of my time in the State Department do as well”, she told PBS news. “There is no classified material”.
But as Comey reports, she did. “I think it’s possible – possible – that she didn’t know what a C meant when she saw it in the body of an email like that”.
“I certainly did not believe that I received or sent any material that was classified”, she said, adding that emails containing classified information were “not marked or were marked inaccurately”. “It would send the wrong signal to all those charged with safeguarding our nation’s secrets”, he said, “if you choose to provide her access to provide her access to this information despite the FBI’s findings”. This is no average person: this is a former First Lady, a former United States Senator, and a former Secretary of State that the president now contends is the most competent, qualified person to be president since [Thomas] Jefferson. So much for wanting to use “just one device”!
“Director Comey acknowledges the so-called “marked” emails were not properly marked in a way one could recognize them as classified”, Brian Fallon, a former Justice Department spokesman, tweeted. Kessler states that “Secretary of State Hillary Clinton warned that Republicans” proposed cuts to her department would be “detrimental to America’s national security”. Her campaign website adds the equally false assertion that “There is no evidence there was ever a breach”.
Fifth and finally, they explain, “During the attacks Clinton never advised the troops on the ground to wait or stand down”. Like I said, I understand why people are confused by the whole discussion.
Comey was quizzed by lawmakers about his decision not to recommend that charges be filed against Clinton for mishandling classified information for using a private server.
Some of these violations that Clinton has objectively lied about may not be crimes. But he suggested that Mr Comey had contributed to that by leaving “a perceived gap” between his public criticism of Mrs Clinton and his conclusion not to prosecute. Clinton is officially above the law.
The question of Clinton’s “trustworthiness” is a huge issue among the public, with all but her die-hard supporters – a minority within the Democratic Party.
“I’ve heard it a lot”, he said. It is not that she violated rules and standards that may have led to national security secrets being hacked, serious though that may be. The State Department has said two of the three that he had pointed to were human error. Individuals who intentionally skirt the law must be held accountable. “No outside influence of any kind was brought to bear”.
“Hillary Clinton can’t keep her emails safe, and you know what, folks, she sure as hell can’t keep our country safe”, Trump told a recent rally in Raleigh, North Carolina, charging that the investigation was “rigged” in Clinton’s favor.

Asked if she agreed that she was “extremely careless”, Clinton declined to respond directly, repeatedly saying Comey had “clarified” his remarks in interviews with MSNBC and CNN.
