As you can see in the video, the driver of the vehicle appears to take dead aim at the group of officers gathered outside a police SUV.

A Phoenix man accused of intentionally plowing his vehicle into three police officers on Monday is involved in multiple black nationalist groups and has a history of posting racist rants on social media that called for the death of “caucasians” and “pigs”.
The store’s surveillance video captured the moment when the vehicle plowed into the officers.
The rookie cop that was thrown through the window and got back up to arrest the driver has not changed his mind about his career.
“In reviewing the video it is evident that both police and fellow citizens were placed at risk by the conduct that’s apparent in the video”, said Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery during a Wednesday morning news conference.
“Our Phoenix police officers were targeted”.
This isn’t the first time Payne’s been arrested for attacking police, KPNX reported citing court documents.
Two officers suffered serious injuries, but they don’t appear to be life-threatening, according to police.
In addition to facing three attempted murder charges following Tuesday’s incident, jail records show Payne faces charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal damage and resisting arrest with physical force.
Payne then got out of his auto to fight the third officer, who was not hit by the vehicle.
Marc LaQuon Payne, 44, spent the night at the 4th Avenue Jail after his initial court appearance. Results from an analysis will reveal whether he may have been drunk or high on drugs, Howard said.
“I am outraged by this incident, ” Yahner said, according to CBS 5 News. “[The suspect] runs over us and then he still fights with us as we’re trying to take him into custody”.
The video also shows one of the officers get up and struggle with the driver on the ground. Police said Marc LaQuon Payne, 44, apparently drove his vehicle at the officers before hitting a patrol auto and crashing into the front of the store around 2 a.m. Tuesday.
The judge told Payne she considered him to be a “substantial danger to the community”.
Yahner said he had spoken with two of the officers and the wife of the other.
He slouched forward during the beginning of the hearing, resting his head on his left forearm.
The judge asked him twice to stand up straight.

Police had to use a Taser to subdue Payne, reports say.
