USA politicians being ‘paranoid’ about Russian Federation

The Clinton campaign called Trump’s statement the “first time that a major presidential candidate has actively encouraged a foreign power to conduct espionage against a political opponent”.

“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the emails”, Trump said, adding he was sure they contained some “beauties”. Clinton has said the emails she did not turn over were private.

Shortly before she was sworn in as secretary of state in 2009, Hillary Clinton set up an email server at her home in Chappaqua, New York.

A Federal Bureau of Investigation probe of the issue found no basis for criminal charges, but FBI Director James Comey said this month there was evidence Clinton was “extremely careless” in her handling of classified information. I hope they do.

Vice President Joe Biden offered powerful criticism of Donald Trump Wednesday, painting the Republican nominee as completely unqualified for the presidency.

Throughout a day of campaigning, Trump suggested the culprit could be China or even, as he said in Scranton, Pennsylvania, “a 400-pound person lying in bed”.

US President Barack Obama said it was possible that Russia would try to influence the US presidential election, after a leak of Democratic National Committee emails that experts have attributed to Russian hackers.

“Donald Trump has repeatedly expressed admiration for Vladimir Putin”, Mr Obama said. Russian Federation denies being involved. “I’d love to have that power”, he said.

In what could be the final chance of his presidency to address millions of Americans during prime-time, Obama said no one is more qualified to be in the Oval Office than Hillary Clinton, placing his legacy in the hands of his one-time bitter rival.

Brendan Buck, a spokesman for Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan said bluntly: “Russia is a global menace led by a devious thug”.

Shortly after his event ended, Trump repeated his call on Twitter.

Obama also shared a pointed message for the Clinton campaign.

But while putting Donald Trump on trial for treason appears highly unlikely to occur, to say the least, the candidate’s evident affinity for Russian strongman Vladimir Putin is reportedly starting to worry USA intelligence officers, because as a presidential nominee, Trump is scheduled to begin receiving classified national security briefings next week – as is Hillary Clinton.

The error is especially surprising given that current New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is essentially Trump’s manservant.

“I think you’ll be rewarded mightily by our press”.

Trump, whom Democrats have accused of having cozy ties with Russian President Vladimir Putin, repeatedly declined to condemn the actions of Russia or any other foreign power of trying to intervene in the a USA election.

It’s impossible to know, at this point, whether Trump wittingly or accidentally thrust himself back into the media spotlight in the midst of the Democratic National Convention, but on Wednesday, a series of unusual comments made it impossible to ignore the real-estate speculator.

Mr Trump refused yesterday to call on Russian Federation to desist from any such actions. “It’s going to be an extension of Obama”.

As Hillary Clinton prepares to accept her nomination Thursday night, her rival Donald Trump stole a little of the thunder holding his first news conference since his nomination last week.

As for attacks on him, Trump mocked Democratic complaints that Russian Federation is behind the hack of Democratic National Committee emails that led to Wasserman Schultz’s removal, all in an effort to help Trump politically. “For him to suggest that this man, who has caused so much damage and harm in the world should be invited to hack into an American citizens’ emails just shows you how far afield he is from reality”.

A spokesman for Trump, Jason Miller, tried to tamp down the storm of protest, saying Trump did not urge Russian Federation to hack Clinton’s emails.
