Usain Bolt shakes his booty with Brazilian dancers 0

Usain Bolt, arguably the fastest man in the world, was joined onstage by an electrifying group of sexy samba dancers at his Olympic press conference Monday in Rio de Janeiro.

The world record holder in 100 meters, 200 meters and 4×100 meters relay will be eyeing for a “three-peat” in Rio.

Bolt said lowering his 200-meter record, which stands at 19.19 seconds, below the 19 mark, is something he wants.

“I think we are going in the right direction”.

He said: “It’s not been the flawless season but I’m better than previous year and got more races in”.

‘I would have been first, ‘ Johnson told the Radio Times, who shared his thoughts with Bolt when they met last month.

“I like to entertain, because that’s what people come out to see”, he added.

It is seven years now since Bolt ran his world records – 9.58 for 100m and 19.19 for 200m – in Berlin, also, coincidentally, on a blue track. “I personally think we are on the right track and I think we should have faith”, said Bolt.

Theres a variety of stuff but I’m not really too keen on going to experiment at this stage in the competition because I don’t know what is what so I just stick to what I know, maybe rice, veg [vegetables] chicken and fish.

Bolt would soon prove he had what it took to cut it in the competitive 100 m field when, in only his fifth competitive senior run, on 31 May 2008 he ran a time of 9.72 seconds at the Reebok Grand Prix held in the Icahn Stadium in New York City.

The evening started when Bolt, wearing a white cap back to front, stepped on to the stage, only to nearly immediately stop and walk backwards into the darkness again.

“As a young kid you grow up looking forward to the big Games”, he said. I never knew I would have boat friends. “I was really unhappy about not competing in trials because I need those runs”.

“It looks like we get attached by octopuses”, said three-time U.S. Olympian Dana Vollmer, fresh off a bronze medal in the 100 butterfly.

“I never really try to pick out one person”, Bolt said, in a subtle message to Justin Gatlin, who has served as Bolt’s foil despite only occasional head-to-head success.

If Bolt matches his previous triple gold medal performances, he will match the athletics record of nine gold medals. Nothing in life is guaranteed.

In light of those missed weeks of training and some rust around the edges, super-fast times are probably unlikely for Bolt in Rio but, as ever, he remained supremely optimistic. “This is my sport and I really enjoy competing, and it would be better for my sport if it is clean”. “After two days, I was just, ‘Buy a TV.’ I’m a good teammate”.
