USC linebacker accused of raping woman twice, Snapchatting videos

A search warrant and affidavit from Los Angeles Superior Court obtained by ESPN reveal Hill is accused of an alleged sexual assault with USC linebacker Osa Masina.

According to TMZ Sports, Masina is alleged to have first raped the woman at the apartment of linebacker Don Hill on July 14 after giving her “a couple Xanax pills throughout the day” while she was drinking.

USC Trojans linebacker Osa Masina is reportedly being investigated for drugging and raping a woman on two separate occasions in July.

No criminal charges have been filed against Masina or Hill, who remains active ahead of USC’s season opener Saturday against top-ranked Alabama.

The woman also accuses Masina of raping her on July 26 in Utah, which is where Masina is from.

Hill has been disciplined before for several incidents.

In the second incident, 12 days later, the woman said she passed out after drinking and smoking marijuana and alleged that she awoke to Masina having sex with her, after which she reportedly went to police and a rape kit was administered.

He allegedly sent them on the social media application, Snapchat, to her ex-boyfriend who is a football player at the University of Arizona, TMZ reported.

According to the search warrant, the accuser claims she was so intoxicated she could barely move. but does remember both Hill and Osa having sex with her.

The woman also claims that he forced her to have oral sex. USC has suspended Masina, a Utah native and high school All-American, from Saturday’s game, but he was allowed to practice at least as of Tuesday.

It’s important to note that Masina has not been charged with any crime, as of Friday morning. Masina had 25 tackles and a fumble return for a touchdown previous year.
