Kurt and Melissa Cochran of West Bountiful were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary in London when tragedy struck.

During the assault, pedestrians were mowed down by a auto on Westminster Bridge and Palmer was then fatally stabbed after the vehicle crashed into the gates of Parliament and the attacker scaled a fence.

Police shot the attacker, who later was pronounced dead.

The gutsy cop – who saved an unknown woman and countless others from Masood’s wrath – also served his country as a soldier.

They had already visited Holland, Germany, Ireland and Scotland and were in the English capital to spend time with Mrs Cochran’s parents who work there as missionaries for the Church of the Latter Day Saints.

Bret Layton started crying while talking about his longtime friend and business associate outside Cochran’s house where he went Thursday to check on things.

“The police stand with all communities”. Islamic State’s news agency, Amaq, said one of its followers carried out the attack.

British law enforcement has taken at least seven people into custody as they continue to investigate the terror attack.

“It underscores again the dynamic environment in Europe”, Army Gen. Curtis M. Scaparrotti said of the attack that began on Westminster Bridge near Parliament. The Metropolitan Police says in a statement that the incident is ongoing.

Conservative MP Tobias Ellwood, whose brother was killed in the Bali terror attack in 2002, performed first aid on the wounded police officer, who later died.

“Kurt was pure love, and whoever perpetrated this was fear, but, you know what, fear dies: Love lives forever”, Morris said. He’s just a nice guy and will sit down and talk to you.

“In addition to twelve Britons admitted to hospital, we know that the victims include three French children, two Romanians, four South Koreans, one German, one Pole, one Irish, one Chinese, one Italian, one American and two Greeks”, she said.

For the past decade, the couple ran a recording studio in their basement where he helped musicians develop their talents.

President Donald Trump also paid tribute to Cochran, calling him a “great American”.

“When I heard I was just absolutely shocked”.

Honoring Palmer, Prime Minister Theresa May said he was “a husband, a father … he was every inch a hero”.
