Oklahoma State defensive coordinator Glenn Spencer is reportedly a candidate to become the new head coach at Texas-San Antonio.

According to his coaching bio on LSU’s website, Wilson has been a coach for the Tigers for five years.

Coker built the Roadrunners football program from the ground up and has been UTSA’s only head coach since its inception in 2009.

The man behind the man behind some of the best recruiting in college football over the last seven years is leaving LSU. Wilson changed the lives of many students during his three year stint at O. Perry Walker High School in New Orleans.

Wilson, 42, has coached at LSU for the last six seasons.

Despite it coming at the high school ranks, Wilson has head coaching experience.

Wilson is generally regarded as a top-notch recruiter. Prior to his time at LSU, Wilson coached at Tennessee, Southern Miss, and Ole Miss.
