Fears are growing for a missing mum who vanished after sending her husband a freaky text saying she was going to have her head x-rayed.

Enlarge WTVR Connie Ditto, a mother from Henrico, Va., has been missing since Tuesday night after she left a doctor office where she checked in complaining of head pains. Prior to the visit, Ditto had sent out a text to her husband informing him about her whereabouts.
The Henrico County, Virginia, resident last contacted her husband about going to a clinic to get checked for her head pains, before disappearing.
In a discussion on the page, Mark Ditto or someone posting as him, wrote, “My gut feeling is that she did not want to wait at Patient First and went to another facility”.
“I am clueless as to what happened”, Mark said.
Mark checked every hospital in the area, he said, but they didn’t have a record for Connie. Mark rhetorically asked in his interview with WTVR.
After Mark’s final text with Connie her cell phone was turned off. Mark told police he went with Connie’s two children to Patient First and then to other hospitals to look for her. On Wednesday Mark drove around “for hidden places Connie may have crashed”, he said to WTVR. The family filed a missing person’s report on August 12.
“People have speculated that a woman found by a local police department in Maine, wandering the town without identification, unable or unwilling to speak, is Connie Ditto”. He also said his wife has battled both alcohol abuse and depression in the past.
As police check credit card reports, hoping for a hit, Connie’s customers continue to show up at the salon for appointments.
Connie was driving a dark blue 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan, a small SUV, with Virginia license plate number WLV8676.
“I fear she’s driven off somewhere, that’s she’s blacked out and gone”, Mark Ditto told the Daily Mail.
“It’s not like her not to cancel appointments”, Mark Ditto said.
