Valkyria Chronicles Undergoes Azure Revolution
Valkyria: Azure Revolution takes place in 1853, one hundred years after the beginning of the Azure Revolution.

Aside from the original title, there were two other games in the “Valkyria” franchise that were launched later on.
As Kotaku reported yesterday, there’s a new Valkyria game.
11/20 – 5am Update: We’ve added the game’s debut trailer, which you can see below.
As My Game News Flash reports, the game’s story is a tale of revolution (hence, the title!).
The Empire’s growth has brought it into conflict with Jutland, which has been blockaded. The main protagonist is a commanding officer in the Judland Kingom’s Anti-Valkyria Unit. The heroine is Ophelia, the princess of Uteland. As a result, Jutland became impoverished, and in order to survive, proclaimed “independence and liberation from the colonialism of the great powers” and declared war on the Rus Empire, who has employed a Valkyria under the terms of the “Ring” contract.
At this point, Sega has not yet announced when “Azure Revolution” will be released, though it is also expected to come out in 2016. Above, you can see a small scan of the article from Famitsu.com.
Thanks in part to the change in platforms, the remade version of “Valkyria Chronicles” will arrive with a few different features. It’s real time, but there are apparently “simulation” (most likely, they mean “strategy” in English) elements.
The second entry in the series, known as “Valkyria Chronicles II”, was launched in 2010.
