Leicester travel to the Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal next weekend and could solidify their place at the top of the table if they secure all three points against Arsene Wenger’s side.

Leicester City were on Saturday night boosted by the confirmation that Jamie Vardy has signed a new long-term contract that commits his future to the club until 2019.

Huth broke the deadlock in the third minute from a Riyad Mahrez free-kick and after Mahrez had netted a brilliant solo goal early in the first half, the German centre-back headed in his second goal from a corner on the hour.

“But we were very, very concentrated”.

“Pressure could be a problem, but it is important we stay calm…”

He said: “This season is a insane league, I don’t know why”. A football game away from home in the Premier League for anybody is hard to win.

MILESTONE FOR TORRES: Fernando Torres finally scored his 100th goal for Atletico Madrid, helping the host team come from behind to defeat Eibar, 3-1, in the Spanish League.

Is it finally time to take Leicester seriously in the Premier League? .

Up front Roberto Firmino features after managing a goal and an assist in Liverpool’s disappointing 2-2 draw against Sunderland (they dropped a 2-0 lead in the final 10 minutes of the match).

Was the result more important than the performance?…

In fact just 20 Sky Bet customers would win a combined £1m if Leicester actually see it through.

They “can no longer portray themselves as being on a fantasy ride with nothing to lose at the end – there should now be disappointment if they do not win the title”, he adds.

City was ragged and things could have got considerably worse as they were pulled apart continually in the opening 20 minutes.
