Veep Congratulates Andre Ayew On His Move to West Ham
West Ham have completed the signing of Andre Ayew from Swansea in a club record £20.5million deal.

Ayew signed for Swansea last season from Marseille on a free transfer and gave a wonderful account of himself – as he finished the Club’s top scorer with 13 goals in as many matches.
Hammers co-chairman David Gold spoke about the transfer on Twitter alongside a picture of Ayew undergoing his medical.
Ayew’s fee breaks the previous record of 15 million pounds set when forward Andy Carroll joined from Liverpool in June 2013.
“I am very proud and happy to be at this magnificent club”.
“The club have a lot of ambition and have a great manager”, said Ayew.
Further to this, a £120,000-per-week contract offer to lure Carlos Bacca to the London Stadium has been mooted, but reports claim that Ghezzal is a player they also want.
Ayew scored 60 goals in 202 games for Marseille, winning the Coupe de la Ligue twice during his time at Stade Velodrome.
Swansea was able to let Ayew go after the team acquired veteran goalscorer Fernando Llorente from La Liga club Sevilla as they also target Atletico Madrid’s Borja Baston before the summer window closes at the end of the month, according to SkySports.

Ayew, who played alongside Dimitri Payet at Marseille before joining Swansea on a free transfer a year ago, becomes West Ham’s sixth signing of the summer as they prepare for their opening campaign at the London Stadium.
